Shipping & Returns Policies

Magnum Shielding is a make-to-order company and will always make its best effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, even if our Customer Service (available 8:30-5:00 EST) gives you a suggested ship date, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping date from receipt of order, including expedited shipping requests.  Our standard manufacturing time for processing orders is up to 5 business days, excluding holidays.  Also, please allow additional time for shipping transit time per the below reference guide.  You can contact info@magnumshielding.com for ship date details pertaining to your order.

Magnum will ship to any address in the United States and Canada by UPS or US Postal Service.  International orders will also be offered both UPS and US Postal international shipping options.  There will be an insurance charge added to all shipping options so that every shipment from Magnum Shielding is covered with whichever carrier the customer chooses.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may be affected by various factors including adverse weather conditions, holiday seasonality, or delivery scheduling by UPS or USPS, and can consequently cause a delay in the delivery of your order.  Magnum Shielding will not be responsible for late deliveries from either UPS or USPS shipments.

IMPORTANT: Shipping Carriers are not guaranteeing all deliveries at this time (UPS Service / USPS Mail Service). We regret that Magnum Shielding Corporation cannot guarantee shipment arrival times nor refund late shipments until carrier guarantees are restored.

Shown below are estimated shipping times using UPS within the United States after your order leaves from our factory in Upstate New York.  These estimated shipping times are calculated by UPS and IS NOT a guarantee by Magnum Shielding of the actual shipping time.

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day from date of shipment 

UPS 2nd Day Air: Within 2 business days from date of shipment

UPS 3 Day Select: Within 3 business days from date of shipment

UPS Ground by Region:

    Northeast US: Within 2-4 business days

    Southeast US: Within 4-6 business days

    Midwest US: Within 4-6 business days

    Western US: Within 5-7 business days

USPS (United States Postal Service) is also a shipping option offered to our customers.  You will have the options of:  Priority, International Priority, Express, or International Express.  USPS shipping times vary by location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and insurance charges will be based on shipping method selected, the value of your order, the carton size and weight, and the distance shipped.
